Martin Valadez was convicted of conspiracy to distribute 12.4KG of cocaine. Problem is prior to Mr. Valadez being indicted Ricardo Galvan who would become the government's star witness told attorney Barry Boches that the cocaine was his but also that Chicago DEA Agent David Brazao instructed Galvan to lie to a Grand Jury and at Trial that these drugs belonged to Mr. Valadez. Attorney Boches has provided an affidavit stating the above and expressed his willingness to testify but the courts refuse to hold a hearing.

We need president Obama to order Attorney General Eric Holder to investigate into Attorney Boches affidavit, the racist profiling tactics of agent Brazao and the prosecutorial misconduct
